About the event
This course equips learners with the necessary tools to assess a pediatric patient using the Pediatric Assessment Triangle (PAT) to quickly ascertain if a child is ill. Participants will also engage in primary and secondary assessment scenarios. The Airway Skills course will delve into airway anatomy and the differences in children, offering learners both basic and advanced techniques for managing pediatric airways. The course will present learners with airway skills challenges ranging from simple to complex scenarios. This course is NREMT NCCP approved for 3 Hours (Airway 1.5 hours, ICCR 1.5 hours Pediatric Assessment).
